Going on a yoga retreat is up there with one of the best things you can do for yourself in terms of wellness both physical and mental.
The Physical Transformation
The physical transformation during the retreat is quite incredible. You will change from being tired and stressed to having glowing skin, bright eyes and a smile. What’s always surprising is how relatively little time this takes. Even a weekend away can be really effective in bringing about a positive change.
The mental benefits of being on retreat
Stepping off the mummy/work treadmill where you can feel dulled by routine and uninspired into a retreat where you get to meet different women, move your body, get uninterrupted sleep in comfy beds, fed good food and generally get looked after is a life changer.
It’s much easier to gain fresh perspective and see things in a different way.
Practical tips from luul during your retreat
We, at luul pour a lot of practical tips into the retreats so that your wellness break is not a peak experience where you are super inspired and come back into your life on a big high and then fall into a low when you settle back into your world. We want you to take all of the different things that you experience on retreat and implement them into your life so that you can be more you in the world. Which we feel is one of the greatest gifts that you can give to the world.
Enhancing your yoga retreat and all over wellness experience
On our upcoming luul retreat in Kent, Uk 13-15 January 2023, Kate Thomas, Emotional Resilience Coach will be leading us in transformational circles where we will say farewell to 2022 and usher in 2023 empowered and aligned. She’ll also coach us through how to take all the blissful retreat feelings back home and integrate them in your regular life. That means you not only get to feel the best version of you on retreat but also when you go back to your real life.
You may even choose to continue coaching with Kate once you return home. She will offer one free session after the retreat to the women of luul who join us in Kent!
See you there?!
