Each day you’ll enjoy two movement sessions - an energising AM class to wake up your body and mind, and a deliciously cosy, restorative PM session to help you soften and unwind.
Depending on the retreat host, this could be yoga, Pilates, barre, yin and massage, breathwork - or a beautiful blend of them all. Whatever the style, you’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer and completely reset.
During the day you’ll have space to swim in the sparkling blue sea, laze by the pool, explore the gorgeous island, wander into nearby cafés and boutiques, or pamper yourself with a dreamy facial or massage from our in-house therapists — whatever your soul needs.
Food is always a big part of our retreats. Our private chef will be creating delicious seasonal dishes using fresh produce from the island’s farms. On one evening, we’ll slip into town together to enjoy supper at a local restaurant.

This is the number one question I get asked. The answer is simple – yes, absolutely!
You won’t be the only one coming alone, so don’t worry. We spend a lot of time together as a group, so it’s ideal if you want to find some new like-minded friends. The groups of women who come along to luul retreats are open, warm and welcoming.
If you would like to share a room with someone, I can pair you up (and I often do this!), or you’re welcome to go luxe solo and take a room for one.
It’s also worth knowing that we create a WhatsApp group chat before the retreat. It’s a lovely way to connect with others if you want to coordinate travel to the retreat or meet up beforehand! We use the chat during (and after) the retreat.
Yes, you absolutely can. That being said, you will probably enjoy the yoga more if you’ve taken a few classes beforehand, either online or in person. But if not, please don’t stress!
Also remember, everything on retreat is optional. If you want to skip any of the yoga classes, no worries– just hit the snooze button!
Yes! When you sign up for the retreat, you’ll fill out a questionnaire where you can add in any dietary requirements and more information. We will look after all of your needs and make sure you feel totally comfortable.
As long as you balance it out with a green juice at breakfast! We’re joking of course, but yes, you can drink a lovely glass of wine after a day of yoga, exploring and moving your body. This is your own time to prioritise yourself– it's here to be enjoyed.
All of your yoga, food and accommodation is included in the retreat price. The main cost not included is your travel, which you’ll need to organise yourself.
99% of the time no – the retreat venues have their own yoga equipment available. If you do need to bring a yoga mat with you, we'll let you know in plenty of time!
We’ll send you an info pack near the time of the retreat with some ideas and inspiration for what to pack.
We kindly ask that you are certain you can attend before booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place, and by booking, you are committing to the full retreat fee - whether you choose to pay in full or via a payment plan. As such, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, if you are no longer able to attend and we are able to fill your space with another guest, we are happy to offer you a transfer to a later retreat within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
Please note that transfers are not guaranteed and can only be offered once your original space has been successfully resold.
Please read the full Terms & Conditions here.
Yes, always. Just in case.
Absolutely! You’re very welcome to book a single spot in a shared twin room, and we’ll do our best to pair you with a lovely roommate.
In the rare case that we’re unable to find someone for you to share with (despite trying our very best), the room would need to be upgraded to single occupancy. If that happens, you would simply be responsible for covering the additional cost for the single room.
We’ll always keep you informed along the way, and do everything we can to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
If you have any questions before booking, want to talk things through, or simply want to see if Luul is the right fit for you, feel free to message Steph directly on Instagram @luul__co or use the contact form below. She's always happy to chat.
