All the yoga equipment (mats, blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters) that you may need is available at the studio.
Expect a creative flow that moves at a slow and juicy pace. There is more focus on alignment and more instruction in this class. You will leave the class feeling energszed and replenished.
Expect an energetic and intelligent yoga flow with strong poses and creative sequencing. The classes are designed to be challenging and inspiring both physically and mentally. Be prepared to move and sweat. You will leave class feeling amazing - strong in both body and mind.
*All of the classes are taught with an amazing music playlist (in my opinion - essential to a good class!). I am a big fan of physical “hands-on” adjustments (as well as verbal) as a way to enhance your experience of a yoga class.

MONDAY
It would be an understatement to say that it’s been an incredible week– it’s been that and so much more! Thank you so much for an amazing week of yoga in this incredible location with the most beautiful, authentic and diverse group of women.”
Do you realise what an amazing week you gave us? I will cherish it for a long time! Thank you so much for making this happen. The yoga was as usual amazing (having such an impact on our lives). This place is magic and the group that you assembled is unique. We had fun, we met amazing people and we now all feel amazingly well.”
They say that you attract the people that you need, and you have managed to attract the most incredible group of women I have every had the privilege of joining. That’s a testament to you.”
I did my first headstand, my first handstand and I made some amazing friends! Will I be back? Without hesitation.”
"Steph - you're like a warm hug for us tired mums."
A huge thank you for a wonderful week full of poses, laughter, sun and meeting new people. I was surprised by what I learned in such a short period of time. This is only the beginning of my yoga journey.”
This is the number one question I get asked. The answer is simple – yes, we stock everything.
You won’t need to bring anything with you to practice. We stock mats, blocks, straps, bolsters. But if you'd like to bring your own mat feel free! We also have a changing space and toilet.
Monday and Friday mornings are perfect. The classes are slower and we focus more on alignment. The Monday 20h35 Yin class is also a great introduction to Yoga if you like it slow and mellow.
Yes! I don't teach pre-natal yoga classes specifically but I have had training in teaching pregnant women. I have also had 4 babies and know how to keep you safe in your practice throughout pregnancy.
From dissatisfied and over-worked city lawyer to (mostly - let’s be real) blissful full-time yoga teacher with a thriving studio and not to mention - mama of 4, Steph is no stranger to the need for a proper break. Inspired by her global travels, love for beautiful spaces and deep connection to her yoga practice, she wanted to give other women space to experience new things, connect with one another and actually rest. So luul was born.
