The retreat will involve two grounding and rejuvenating yoga practices each day– an invigorating Vinyasa class every morning to get your energy flowing, and a beautiful Yin class in the evening to wind down before sleep. We’ll be practising rooftop yoga for a truly unique experience.
In between yoga sessions, immerse yourself in village life, grab a passionfruit mojito and chill by the courtyard pool, or take a trip to the nearby beautiful Ria Formosa National Park. We’ve planned a cool island hopping adventure on a private speedboat, all included in the retreat package so all you need to do is pack those sunnies and a camera.
During the day you’ll have space to relax, explore, wander, bike, swim, island hop, hike, read… whatever your soul needs.
