Your days will look like this…
Each morning you'll enjoy a dynamic, fun Vinyasa class suitable for all levels (whether you are a complete beginner or practice Yoga regularly).
Each evening I will be teaching a delicious restorative yoga and massage class with plenty of dreamy hands on assists and massage.
In between classes you'll have plenty of time to relax by the pool, take a walk, sip tea/red wine by the log fire or get a massage.
Food is always a big part of our retreats. Our chef, Sophie Gordon (who's been featured in British Vogue and who cooked for our retreat last January - is AMAZING). Your delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the price of the retreat.
