Start a brand new year with a cosy winter escape. 

The beautiful countryside estate is situated just a 50 minute train ride from Kings Cross Station, or a 30 minute drive from the channel tunnel.

Our retreat will include dynamic morning Vinyasa flows and deeply restorative
Yin and massage masterclasses in the afternoons. We’ll spend time on breath work, guided meditation and circles. You’ll also have plenty of free time to make the most of the hot tub, the tennis courts and the stunning surrounding countryside.

- Siew Yue Rivaux, adjustment and massage master
- Talula Henrick, doTERRA expert blending
  essential oil blends for our practices
- Kate Thomas, a Somatic wellness coach coming
  to lead our circles
